Position: Commercial Property Lawyer

Location: Bath

Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)

Salary: Starting from £40,000 for newly qualified

Position

We are seeking a commercial property lawyer to join our thriving team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, enthusiastic, and multi-office team environment, with the option for hybrid working.

Our commercial property team is highly regarded, serving a diverse clientele locally, in London, and across the UK. You will also have the advantage of collaboration with specialist lawyers in the firm’s planning, litigation, and residential departments.

You will be handing a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Leases
  • Lease renewals
  • Lease management
  • Property finance
  • Development projects
  • Corporate transaction support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years PQE
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Client-focused and have strong client handling skills
  • Be able to instil client confidence
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Show a tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks within deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
