Position

All-Round Support: The role involves comprehensive support to a conveyancing executive, covering various tasks and responsibilities across different types of conveyancing transactions.

Types of Transactions: The work includes handling sales, purchase transactions, remortgages, transfers, new builds, and other related conveyancing work.

Proactive Involvement: The position requires an active role in progressing conveyancing matters. This includes:

  • Instructions to Completion: Managing the process from initial instructions to the final stages of exchange and completion.
  • Liaison: Communicating effectively with other parties in the property chain, such as buyers, sellers, conveyancers, and real estate agents.
  • Team Support: While the primary focus is on supporting a specific conveyancing executive, the role also involves assisting the wider team as needed.

In this role, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial. Effective communication skills are also essential, as you will be coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of transactions.
