Position: Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Location: Bath

Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)

Salary: Starting from £38,000 for newly qualified - £70,000

Position:

As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Battens, your duties will include:

  • Meeting and advising clients on claims.
  • Preparing legal documents.
  • Understanding and implementing the SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Conducting legal research.
  • Providing advice on all aspects of property litigation.

Requirements:

  • Have prior experience in Dispute Resolutions.
  • Possess an understanding and the ability to advise on alternative dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Be client-focused and instil confidence in clients.
  • Have strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team-based environment.
  • Exhibit the ability to multitask.
