Battens Solicitors expands their Residential Property Team

Battens Solicitors are pleased to announce the appointment of accomplished property lawyer, Claire Colborne, joining the Residential Property Team.

Claire joins the firm as an Associate Chartered Legal Executive, based in Battens’ Dorchester office.

“I am delighted to have joined the Residential Team at Battens. I’m looking forward to assisting new clients with their conveyancing needs and building up good relationships with the local estate agents.”

Claire studied for her CILEx qualification through distance learning and qualified in 2010. She previously worked for another local firm of solicitors in their Dorset and Somerset offices for the last 17 years.

Claire specialises in all types of residential conveyancing including buying, selling, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and help to buy schemes.
