Managing and Supporting Mental Health in the workplace

With Dawn Gallie, Head of Employment and Mind In Somerset.

In these sessions, we will be joined by Mind In Somerset who will be discussing how to train managers in dealing with the mental health of staff and what support can be given. We will also look at how employers can address absence and performance issues that might arise as a result of poor mental health.

As always, you will have the opportunity to share your own experience in handling HR issues in this confidential forum and network with your fellow attendees.

Dawn will also open the floor to general Q&A’s. If you would prefer to send in your questions in advance, please include them in your reply and Dawn will cover those (anonymously) on the day.
