The Batten’s Bridport office is our fourth in Dorset, offering a broad range of legal expertise at a convenient high street location where you can see a solicitor on a face- to-face basis.
Our friendly team of staff provide a wealth of experience and are brilliant at what they do, they are specialists in Personal Injury law, Private Client and Residential Property law. The office also acts as a hub to a suite of other legal services which Battens offers. We can put you in touch with other legal specialists within the firm.
Michelle Green is a Chartered Legal Executive and a Senior Associate in the Personal Injury Department. Michelle specialises in personal injury and industrial disease claims, with a particular specialism in claims involving asbestos related illness, fatal accidents, and those where the Claimant has suffered significant and life changing injuries.
Michelle has a wide range of experience to offer clients, having worked exclusively in the fields of Personal Injury and Industrial Disease.
Michelle provides support and advice to clients who are often experiencing the greatest challenges following the loss of a loved one or from suffering extensive and serious injury.
Clare Fox is a key member of the Residential Property team in Bridport working alongside Nicola Pugsley as her Conveyancing Assistant. She is highly experienced in Residential Property law as she has worked in conveyancing in the local area for over 13 years. She handles administration and liaises with clients to ensure they are regularly updated during transactions.
Nicola Pugsley is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Property department.
She specialises in all types of residential conveyancing including buying, selling, re-mortgages and transfer of equity. Nicola also has experience in dealing with shared ownership and help to buy schemes.
With more than a decade of experience in residential property law, she has established a network of contacts in the local property market, and she is known for her clear communication, keeping clients updated and reassured throughout the transaction.
