Rupert Edwards promoted to Senior Associate

Battens Solicitors is delighted to announce the promotion of Rupert Edwards to Senior Associate. This is in recognition of his ongoing hard work and commitment to the firm as well as the contribution to his team.

Rupert Edwards joined Battens as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2015. He was already familiar with Battens, having done work experience and general work for the firm over the years. Rupert qualified into the Commercial Property department in September 2017 and was then promoted to Associate in June 2023.

Some career highlights include acting for the seller of a multi-million-pound marina involving multiple option agreements, leases and licences. He also acted for a car dealership in refinancing their property portfolio to a new lender.
