Meet Cath our HR Champion, as the HR Manager she is the person behind the scenes ensuring the Battens team is happy, engaged, and growing. She ensures all staff are looked after and supported.
Cath started working for Battens in 2008, working a combined role within reception and HR. In 2018 she was promoted to HR Manager. She is known for keeping a cool head whilst dealing with tricky situations.
She is passionate about Battens and the welfare of its employees and allowing our staff to shine. She is a strong advocate for making sure the workplace is diverse, inclusive and fun.
