Emily Franklin

Emily is a Solicitor in our Private Client team currently working at our Sherborne office. She specialises in Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Elderly Care issues.

Emily joined Battens in May 2024 and has been based in the West Country since the completion of her Masters of Law and Training Contract. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021.

Emily cares for each and every client making sure the advice she gives and service she offers is tailored to their specific needs. She is friendly and approachable and aims to make her clients experience as seamless and easy as possible.
