Harriet Wilder

Harriet joined the Residential Conveyancing team in the Castle Cary office in October 2024. She specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, as well as residential re-mortgages, transfers of part, transfers of equity, and new build properties.

Harriet completed her Law Degree at the University of Reading before obtaining a distinction in her LPC at Bournemouth University. She undertook her training contract with a high street firm in Dorset and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Harriet dedicates 100% of her time to fee earning in residential conveyancing. She has handled a wide range of conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of high-value properties, properties with solar panels, private drainage arrangements, and grants of new leases for shared ownership properties.

Harriet is committed to providing each client with a personable and friendly service. She ensures that emails and calls are promptly returned, keeping clients informed at every stage of their transaction. Harriet strives to make transactions run as smoothly as possible by maintaining clear communication with all parties from start to finish.
