Jill Jia

Jill is a dual-qualified Solicitor, proficient in both the Chinese and English legal systems, working within our Commercial property team. She earned her undergraduate qualification in 2012, completing her master’s degree in law at the University of Manchester a year later.

With a strong foundation in both Chinese and English law, Jill has contributed to the renowned China Poly Group, where she provided legal services within the area of property management.

Her diverse understanding of legal frameworks enriches the team's capabilities and enhances our ability to serve clients effectively.

Jill's main areas of expertise are transactional commercial property work, including sales and purchases, commercial leases and lease renewals, and secured lending work.

Jill dedicates all of her fee earning time to Commercial Property.
