Kimberley Smith

Kimberley is a Senior Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing team, based in the Yeovil office.

She graduated with First-Class Honours in Biomedical Science (BSc Hons) from the University of the West of England in 2016. After deciding to pursue a career in law, Kimberley joined Battens in 2017 as a Conveyancing Assistant and has since developed extensive expertise in residential conveyancing.

In addition to her legal skills, Kimberley is bilingual in Spanish, having lived in Spain until the age of 16.

Throughout her career at Battens, Kimberley has worked with clients ranging from first-time buyers to developers managing portfolio refinancing. Her experience spans multiple offices, including Yeovil, Dorchester, and Wareham. She dedicates 100% of her fee-earning time to the Conveyancing team, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
