Laura Heatley

I joined Battens in May 2021 as Director of Finance a couple of months after the UK came out of the COVID lock downs. Twenty years previous I worked for Battens’ sister company, Church House Trust, and the relationships that formed then brought me back all that time later. After CHT I began an accountancy training contract in Yeovil and then moved into London in 2008, where I worked in international accounting with a large variety of business types. I came back to Yeovil in 2015 and trialled hybrid working before COVID made it cool!

I love skiing, watching rugby and have recently started Kayaking (badly). I love a festival, although tents not so much!
