Rachel Perry-Masterman

Rachel is a Senior Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing team, based in the Sherborne office.

After deciding to pursue a career in law, she passed her CILEX Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice in 2014 and has qualified as an Advanced Paralegal of CILEX. Rachel has worked in law for over 20 years with the last 10 years specialising in Residential Conveyancing. Rachel joined Battens in 2024 and has extensive expertise in residential conveyancing as follows:

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers
• First registrations
• Assisting first-time buyers

She dedicates 100% of her fee-earning time to the Conveyancing team, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Rachel is looking to start her Work Based Learning Portfolio to become a Chartered Legal Executive.
