Rebecca Bond

Rebecca is a Paralegal who is currently a part of the Family Team, joining Battens in 2022. Her role involves providing crucial support to the solicitors in the team, particularly in matters related to childcare.

One of her key responsibilities is representing parents in public law outline (PLO) meetings. PLO meetings are a critical part of public law proceedings, often involving cases where a local authority has concerns about the safety or welfare of a child. In these meetings, Rebecca advocates for the rights and interests of parents, helping them navigate the complex legal process.

With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Over the years, she has worked in various areas of law, gaining comprehensive insights into the legal system. However, she has now chosen to specialise in Family Law.
