Rebecca is our talent manager, who helps find the right people for our roles. While also ensuring all our staff have the development and resources to carry out their roles effectively. Supporting departments to develop and grow as the individuals are required.

Rebecca started working for Battens Solicitors in 2023, she has a wealth of experience within the staffing and recruitment industry.

She is passionate about staff retention and making sure the right person is in the right role. She is known for her bright and bubbly personality. She has a can-do attitude and makes sure the staff are put at the heart of everything we do.
